Now Hiring - New Jersey Territory Manager in Newark, NJ

Rankin Automation seeks a successful Outside Sales Manager to join its well-established team on its mission for to grow. We are looking for someone who will work with our territory managers to get the most out of each territory. Rankin Automation is an 80+ year old industrial automation distributor serving the mid-Atlantic region. We service our customers, ranging from small shops to Fortune 100 companies based in our territory, with valuable products, support and services. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who will manage eight territory managers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable training employees and customers
• Comfortable with industrial sales with a strong technical background
• History of building a sales territory
• Self-motivated and enjoys working in an autonomous environment
• Self-managed individual measured by agreed-upon objectives
• A minimum of five years outside sales experience
• Industry experience required (distribution or vendor experience)
• Expect to spend approximately 50% of the time visiting customers and traveling with your sales team

This position will report to the President of Rankin Automation and has all the expected benefits which include:
